The Wild Adventures Safari Campground is finally open and we are excited to invite you and guide you on a couple of important aspects you need to know before you can visit. Get ready to “Stay Wild” with us - this is a Beginner’s Guide to Wild Adventures Safari Campground.

Is your idea of camping a good old-fashioned tent? The 100 AMP Tent Sites are the perfect fit for you and three of your closest friends or family!
These sites include electricity, a fire ring, a picnic table, and Wi-Fi! Roast some marshmallows and enjoy the adventure of Wild Adventures Safari Campground!
For families who own (or rent) their own recreational vehicles, we’ve got 100 AMP RV sites! Choose between a Standard or Animal Facing site to begin your adventure.
Both are back-in sites and include electricity, water hook-up, and sewer hook-up. That’s not all! Your family can also enjoy Wi-Fi access, a fire ring, and a picnic table.
Want to wake up and see beautiful animals as soon as you step outside? The Animal Facing site is perfect for you!
For families who love glamping, the Premium Cottages are the perfect way to fully immerse yourselves in the scenic atmosphere of Wild Adventures Safari Campground.
What does it include? We’re glad you asked! The Premium Cottages can house up to 8 guests and include a full kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower. Leave your furry friends at home! We’ve got you covered on that front.
Is your favorite part of camping the campfire? Every Saturday, your family can join us for the community campfire. Gather around, make new friends, and roast a marshmallow (or two)!
Chirp chirp! From 10 AM to 6 PM, guests can come say hi to our birds at the aviary. Our birds love to eat, so make sure you stop by the Safari Station to grab them some seeds!
After you visit the birds, swing by the playground! It’s the perfect place for your family to have some fun. Just make sure you follow your children who are 12 and under!
Ever wanted to get up close and personal with some of our animals at Wild Adventures? Now is your chance! Exclusively available to our Safari Campground guests, you can now book a one-on-one encounter where you pet a sloth, feed a porcupine, and so much more! You can learn more about how to meet our animal friends here.
Staying with us on a Friday night this November and December? Join us for an outdoor movie night! Don’t worry, all of our movies are family-friendly.
Friday night’s fun continues into Saturday with Candy Bar Bingo! Bring one candy bar with you to play and see how much candy you can bring home. Didn’t bring a candy bar with you? That’s okay! You can stop by Safari Station to buy one for the game!
Your family’s next adventure starts at Safari Station. If you’re staying in one of our premium cottages, your adventure can start as early as 3 PM. If you’re staying at our RV or Tent Camping sites, your adventure can start as early as 1 PM. All campers must say “see you later” by 11 AM
Arrived after Safari Station closed? That’s okay! You can find site paperwork outside the entrance doors. Just return in the morning to complete the Check-in process. You can also call the late check-in phone number at 229.292.6491.
