Plesiosaur

Plesiosaurs, marine reptiles of diverse shapes, navigated oceans from the Triassic to the Cretaceous. Fossil findings, such as in the Solnhofen Limestone of Germany, reveal their aquatic lifestyle. Plesiosaurs featured long necks and paddle-like limbs.
