Grammy-Nominated Christian Rock Band Takes the Stage at Wild Adventures

VALDOSTA, Ga. – Celebrated Christian band Newsboys will take the Wild Adventures LIVE! stage on Saturday, July 1 as the Celebrate America Festival continues at Wild Adventures Theme Park.

Four-time Grammy-nominated and multiple Dove Award-winning Christian rock band Newsboys will take the stage at 8 p.m. Saturday, July 1, delivering some of their biggest hits, including “God’s Not Dead” and “Jesus Paid It All.” Newsboys recently released their twentieth studio album, Stand, featuring lead single “Magnetic.”

Wild Adventures Theme Park is honoring those who served with free admission during the Celebrate America Festival, now through July 9, for all active, retired, disabled and honorably discharged military with a valid military ID or DD-214 form. Guests in a military member’s party are eligible to receive $10 off single-day admission purchased at the park.

Guests can enjoy a patriotic fireworks display lighting up the sky on July 4. The display will be set to music and begin at 9 p.m

To close out the Celebrate America Festival, Wild Adventures is featuring performances from the legendary team that has been entertaining audiences since 1926. The Original Harlem Globetrotters will present their Summer Skills Showcase at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on July 7, 8 and 9 at the Wild Adventures LIVE! Amphitheater. The shows are included for free with park admission or a Season Pass. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
