No. Complimentary tickets cannot be upgraded to a next day admission or to a season pass.
In most cases, upgrade pricing is printed on your daily admission ticket. From time to time, we may also offer special upgrade promotions, which will be communicated inside the park. Any upgrades must be done on the same day of your visit, before you leave the park.

A $15 replacement fee is charged to replace a lost Season Pass, Blazer Pass, and Pre-K Kid's Pass. Stolen season passes are replaced at no charge with a valid police report. In the event you have misplaced your season pass, Guest Services can validate your season pass and allow you entrance for that day.

Only Trained service animals, as currently defined under the ADA, are allowed on park. (Comfort, therapy and emotional support animals are not considered service animals.) The service animal must be under the owner’s control at all times, and remain on a leash, be in a harness, or be able to follow voice, signal or other effective control commands given by the owner. The owner is responsible for disposing of animal waste. Service animals are not permitted on rides, with the exception of the Safari Train, and must exit the loading area after the owner has boarded the attraction. Service animals are only allowed on the Safari Train when it is operating on the "short track" of the attraction. Team members may not take responsibility for or provide care to any service animal. Yes, we offer kennels free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The kennels come in all sizes and are air conditioned but not staffed. To use our kennels, you will need to check in your pet at our Guest Services office, and bring a lock. If you do not have a lock of your own, we will provide you with one for a $5 refundable deposit.
You are expected to provide your own food, bowls, toys, etc for your pet, and to clean up after them. You are responsible for walking, feeding, and checking in on them, which you can do so at any time.
